Not as shown on website

I ordered this based on the picture on the website and it arrived and was a different colour - a very strong blue not the cream ish colour shown above. I emailed to ask about a refund but have had no reply. I appreciate it might not be possible to give a refund but I would have like a reply to my email before being asked to submit a review.
